Affiliate terms

1. Joining
You must be at least 18, have a verified Fawna account, live in a supported payout country and accept these terms. Joining does not require a paid subscription. A company's representative must have authority to accept these terms.
2. Referrals
A new customer must allow our referral cookie and complete signup within the attribution window shown in your dashboard, normally 30 days. The first eligible consented click receives credit. Later clicks do not extend that window. Existing accounts and self-referrals are excluded. We do not promise tracking across devices or after cookies are removed.
3. Earnings
The standard commission is 20% of subscription payments, renewals and upgrades for the referred customer's lifetime. Any offer assigned to your account is shown in your dashboard. We lock the effective offer when the customer signs up; later changes apply to new referrals. Cancellation followed by resubscription on the same account does not remove attribution.
Commission uses actual subscription cash received after discounts and excludes tax, credit top-ups, free purchases, refunds and lost disputes. Amounts are calculated in USD and rounded down to the nearest cent per payment. There is no customer discount or bonus credit under this program.
4. Payouts
Earnings become eligible after the holding period shown in your dashboard, at least 30 days from payment. We review matured balances monthly, using a cutoff at the beginning of the month in UTC. The standard minimum is USD 100. Lower balances carry forward. Payouts require completed bank setup, tax clearance and approval.
Stripe handles payout information and bank delivery. Fawna covers provider sending and currency conversion fees. Your bank may charge its own fees. A payout shown as Sent has left Fawna's payout account; your bank may take additional time to make it available. Returned payouts are reconciled and restored to your balance.
5. Refunds and disputes
Refunds reduce commissions proportionally. We hold disputed earnings while a dispute is open and reverse commissions on lost disputes. Reversals after payout are deducted from future earnings. We retain a history of adjustments.
6. Promotion and review
Disclose that you may earn a commission when promoting Fawna. Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, self-referrals or fraudulent purchases. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your promotions.
We may pause referral activity and payouts while reviewing suspected abuse or missing verification. A pause does not automatically erase existing earnings. Contact [email protected] to dispute an adjustment or request a review.
7. Tax and account closure
You are responsible for your tax obligations and for supplying required tax information through the process we designate. Bank setup alone does not establish tax clearance. We retain the records needed for accounting, tax and disputes after an account closes, and remove unnecessary account information under our privacy policy. Contact [email protected] to arrange review of an outstanding balance when closing your account.
8. Changes and contact
We publish new terms as separate versions. Changes do not rewrite already-earned commissions or the offer locked for existing referred customers. These terms supplement the Fawna Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
